The Library assures the following, available services:

• giving general information about the library in Hungarian and English language
• European Documentation Center:
• Information service, database usage
• Internet-, database usage
• accession to many electronic periodicals
• photocopying, printing opportunities
• borrowing (unstressed)

Members of the library can be:

Every worker of the college, students, course participants, outside readers.

The condition of the use:

You can visit the library with available library ticket and an available daily ticket given either in the Central Library or the Electronic Library of Marco Street.


Registration in the case of college teachers and workers are free. Registration fee is 500 Ft for the students of the BBS. The price of an annual ticket is 1000 Ft, annual external ticket for readers with student card is also 500 Ft.



Printing, photocopying:

Photocopying, printing is on the xerox machine of room number 133, 15 Ft per A/4 page. You cannot make photocopies from the reading notes!



Borrowing:

From the character of the collection there is limited opportunity to borrow. There are EC and EU collection documents especially for students studying European Union course or Erasmus scholars and those writing their thesis in the domain of European Union.

The borrowing period for full time students is 3 weeks, 21 days.

The late fee is 20 Ft per library working day per document. Until the reader has any debts or overdue document, he cannot borrow or use any services of the library!

The readers are supposed to handle the documents carefully, according to rules and keep the order and discipline of the library.
