The services of the library can only be employed personally, with valid reading ticket.

The books have to be brought back until the expiration of the borrowing deadline without notice, or their borrowing time has to be lengthened. In case of this the library sends a warning letter after 10 days to the delayed readers.
After two warnings the library legally puts forward its demand.

Renewal can be possible through phone as well.

We do not lengthen over the borrowing deadline.

If the book has a note on, it cannot be lengthened.

Lecture notes have to be brought back every time, there is no possibility to lengthen them, in case there is no note on them they can be borrowed again of course.

A late fee is 20 Ft per day per document. While the reader does not pay the late fee, or there is expired document with him/her, he/she cannot borrow anything from the library not can make use of other service of the library!

If a book (lecture note) is get lost, the reader can meet his/her damages obligation with a same or a new edition, in case it is out of stock in the commercial trade library estimates its ideal vale and this has to be discharged.

Each books and lecture notes may be borrowed wich are the lending room.
The below publication types cannot be borrowed:
- periodicals
- books of the reference library
- private-selected books
- dissertations
- CD-Rom\'s

The EU and EC labeled documents can be borrowed only by students of the given subject.

During registration the reader takes notice of the machanicl lending and taking back, follows the processes of lending on our monitor with attention.

Because of the mechanical lending the books (lecture notes) borrowed on different days have different expirations, borrowing a new book does not mean automatic renewal.

For KVIFK students

The students of the Faculty of College may borrow 10 books at the same time.

An item may be borrowed for three weeks.

Odd volumes (lecture notes, limited number of handbooks) can be borrowed for shorter time than the usual 21 days. We indicate this difference in the works; moreover we draw the reader\'s attention to it during the borrowing.

In case of the correspondence or distance learning students - those who do not visit the institute every day - have the oppurtinity to borrow for four weeks, but this has to be notified, asked in each case by the student.

For BGF students

Students of the BGF joint-college may borrow from the library - until the expiration of the college civil servant employment.

For outsider readers

Outside readers can use the materials of the library only locally. There is no possibility to borrowing!

Renewal

Renewal is possible through phone until the day of expiration.
Cannot lengthen:
- if there is a note on the book
- if the reader has other debt

WE DO NOT LENGTHEN LECTURE NOTES!

Booking

Booking may be done at the lender librarian. At the arrival of the document we inform the reader first through e-mail, therefore if an oppurtinity present itself, by all means give us his/her e-mail address!
We keep the document up to 6 days for the reader.
