A Könyvtár 1992-től - az Európai Tanulmányokhoz rendelten - gyűjti és szolgáltatja e terület dokumentumait. 2000-ig Európai Referencia Központként, azt követően pedig Európai Dokumentációs Központként vesz részt az EU-tájékoztatásban.

Szolgáltatások:
- helyben használat, referensz szolgáltatások
- tájékoztatás európai integrációs és a főiskola profiljával összefüggő területeken
- adatbázis-szolgáltatás: on-line, CD-ROM

A gyűjtemény jelenleg megosztva a Markó utcai Elektronikus Könyvtárban és a Központi Könyvtár olvasótermében található.
